Oxford Performance Materials, Inc., is committed to supplying high performance thermoplastic polymers of the highest quality and consistency. Our standard products include neat formulations, carbon-filled, glass-filled, and various polymer composites. Specialty grades can be developed to meet your applications requirements. We also offer a line of OXPEKK color concentrates developed specifically for our OXPEKK materials. Present color offerings are blue, green, brown, black and tan. FDA approved concentrates are also available.

If you currently are a user of other commercially available polyketone thermoplastic polymers, we encourage you to compare. We are confident you will see the advantage of our specialty polymers and polymer composites. We specialize in high temperature plastics, corrosion resistant polymers, and conductive polymers. Highest Glass Transition Temperature (Tg)
OXPEKK is the highest Tg polyketone commercially available. Tg represents the temperature at which the amorphous region enters a mobile phase. Mechanical properties and chemical resistance degrade above Tg. Consequently, if you need high temperature plastics for an extreme environment, the higher the Tg the better.

  • OXPEKK-C Tg 162°C
  • OXPEKK-SP Tg 155°C
  • PEEK Tg 142 °C
  • PEK Tg 155°C

Superior Processing - Slower crystallization rate of OXPEKK and improved materials flow
In low-cost materials, where cycle times are critical, fast-crystallizing materials are often very desirable. In higher performance materials, yield is often a more important consideration. Slower crystallizing and improved flowability of OXPEKK result in lower molded stress and better dimensional control.

Due to our ketone-rich structure, OXPEKK specialty polymers offer the highest thermal and mechanical properties available in a polyketone thermoplastic product. OXPEKK thermoplastic polymer products feature the following qualities:
